Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used diffusers or opened oil bottles cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, clearance items, and essential oil refills once opened.
Return Process:

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
